Black Bean and Corn Chowder

2 (15-oz.) cans low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-oz.) can Muir Glen fire-roasted tomatoes
1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chilies
16-oz. frozen organic corn
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
4 cups water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in a large pot and simmer over medium heat
for 25 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
