Baked Asparagus

1 lb. asparagus
Low sodium vegetable broth
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds  (optional)
Mrs. Dash Table Blend and pepper
1 lemon
Lemon wedges for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Break off ends of asparagus stalks.

Put in baking pan or dish.

Drizzle broth over asparagus (amount to liking).

Add Mrs. Dash and pepper to taste.

Spritz it with fresh lemon juice.

Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of asparagus.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes -- depending on thickness of
stalks or until fork tender.

Serve with lemon wedges.

Makes 4 servings.
