Cheese Sauce

2 cups chopped peeled potatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
3/4 cup water or Oat Milk (click here)
4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp. Simply Organic All-Purpose Seasoning
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder  (optional)
1/8 tsp. (dash) cayenne  (optional)

Steam or boil the potatoes and carrots for about 20 minutes or
until soft.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

If the cheese is too thick, add more water or lemon juice.

Makes 4-6 servings.

NOTE: Some reviewers used the potato/carrot cooking water
rather than water or Oat Milk.
