2-Minute Refried Beans

1 (15-oz.) can no-salt-added kidney, pinto,
           or black beans, drained
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Place ingredients into a small food processor and pulse
until smooth.

Serve immediately. Warm if desired.
