4 cups low sodium vegetable broth or water 5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks Simply Organic All-Purpose Seasoning and pepper to taste Place broth/water and potatoes in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving liquid. Mash potatoes with 1 1/4 cups of reserved liquid and add all-purpose seasoning and pepper to taste. Add additional liquid, if needed, until desired consistency. Makes 6 servings.
