Broccoli and Cabbage Slaw

1 (8-oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw (3 cups)
2 cups finely sliced red cabbage
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. Simply Organic All-Purpose Seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp. dried parsley

Place the broccoli slaw, red cabbage, and apple in a bowl.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a glass measuring cup,
whisking together with a fork.

Pour over the vegetables and stir well to combine.

Chill for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings.
